The Taipei Typhoons represent Taipei and New Taipei cities. This group was originally formed by Amir Faridz when he introduced the sport of roundnet from his home country of Malaysia.

Rend is most well known for his crazy between the leg serves that will surely catch you off guard. He comes from St. Louis, USA and has been part of Taiwan Roundnet since its inception. He is an English teacher by profession but also speaks Chinese.
